Annotation of the report:
The formative method is being replaced by an anthropological one in modern education practice. The ideas of humanism, human potential development, conformity with European context are essential.
Two main strategies can be pointed out in the context of anthropological approaches:
1. The first strategy provides the development through the general methods of actions. A person masters cultural methods, becomes the subject of activity. The subjectivity is very important in this strategy.
2. The second strategy provides the development through individualization. The line of subjectivity becomes basic, and general cultural methods through which subjectivity develops become the background.
The concept of individualization is associated with two more concepts – open education and tutorial support. Initially the concept of open education appeared in our country as a metaphor and now is under the formalization of the notion. It is characterized by non-institutional forms as well as by the borders of educational activity, which a person sets for himself. Tutor support is considered mainly as a process of individual educational program support.
