Directors of educational institutions of Krasnoyarsk region are invited to participate in negotiations on:

staff training and education. The program of staff retraining includes 5 five-day training workshops: “Development of a strategic thinking”, “Development of an educator professional creativity”, “Development of a positive social thinking and social communications”, “Training for speech-communicative competence to form an innovative quality of educational space”, “Training of innovative readiness”. Authors and presenters of the program are educators of the Chair of Psychology  at KSPU named after V.P. Astafiev, certificated trainers-psychologists and psychotherapists.

The  expertise of educational institutions and educational programs on  separate items is offered: the strategy of management and pedagogical process, management innovation, and educational programs, socio-psychological characteristics of pedagogical communication, implementation of students’ vocational guidance activity, staff psychoeducational competence, the organization quality  of students’ scientific work and scientific work of educators, project activity, interaction  with  open social and professional environment, etc.
