The master-class is conducted for educational institutions headmasters, teachers, psychologists, students, and postgraduate students of "Pedagogical Education" and "psychological-pedagogical education" fields.

The master-class includes a mini-lecture on the subject and creativity problem, participant creativity diagnosis, training exercises and the discussion of the need to develop creativity of educational institutions employees, the role of creativity in achieving innovative results in education and in the development of the psychological quality of the educational environment.
