«Practicum for 10th grade natural science specialized school students
for base experimental educational institutions»

The natural science laboratory is to be held at 15.40. The following master-classes will be run:
1. Parasitology – Room 5-02, 89, A.Lebedevoy St. - Yekimova Yekaterina Yurievna – Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate professor at the Chair of Biology and Ecology.
The students will become aware of the peculiar type of biotic interaction i.e. parasitism and will get acquainted with main representatives of types «Protozoa», «Nemertina», «Nemathelminthes».
2. Classes of Inorganic Compounds – Room 5-33, 89, A.Lebedevoy St. – Galina Ivanovna Kolesetskaya – Candidate of Chemical Sciences, associate professor at the Chair of Chemistry.
The students will deepen their knowledge about chemical reactions base, oxides, salts and their application in everyday life.
3. Disperse systems – Room 5-28, 89, A.Lebedevoy St. – Nadezhda Anatolievna Bulgakova - Candidate of Chemical Sciences, associate professor at the Chair of Chemistry.
The students will get acquainted with the classification of disperse systems and get the skills of colloiding by means of chemical condensation.
4. Experimental solution of physics Olimpiad problems – Room 3-21. 7, Perensona St., – Nikolay Nikolaevich Podolski – Senior Teacher at the Chair of Physics.
The students will get acquainted with the methods of physics experimental problems solution.
5. Laboratory-based practicum on Nanotechnology – Room 2-13. 7, Perensona St.,
Andrey Semenovich Chiganov – Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, associate professor at the Chair of Physics.
The students will get acquainted with modern nanomaterials and methods of working with them.
