The purpose of the conference is the social and pedagogical improvement of the deaf people’s socialization in the system of Education in Krasnoyarsk Region.

In the process of the conference the following problems are to be discussed:

•Modern methods, ways and means of teaching and training;
•Cochlear implantation: questions, problems and solutions;
•Socialization: difficulties, advances and achievements.
