Timing: November 28, 2012. 11.00-12:20
Venue: Krasnoyarsk, 89, A. Lebedevoy St., (main building), assembly hall.
Annotation:
The lecture is dedicated to the problem of techno-humanities balance and social violence/non-violence.
The concept of techno-humanity balance establishes the correspondence of development between the cultural behaviour and thinking regulators and the level of technical progress: the increase in power technology requires manufacturing of more complicated moral restraints, and the societies which fail timely to adapt to increased instrumental opportunities undermine their natural and/or geopolitical basis of their existence.
The latest data about cultural dynamics of social violence will be submitted.
Everyone is welcome – lecturers, students, postgraduates of different professions.
